The following rulebook describes the regulation services in the Human Body Massage. Regulation is available in the clinic and at www.humanbodymasaz.pl

General rules

  1. Human Body Massage is managed by M.S in physiotherapy Natalia Janusz with proprietorship at Jana Długosza 13/3; NIP: 6751700758.
  2. Massages and physiotherapeutic treatments are carried out by therapists holding eligibility to work in that profession, as well as, appropriate experience.
    1. A client of the Human Body may be an adult or a minor with the consent of the parents and in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
    2. Joining the treatment is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Regulations. Each client is obliged to follow its provisions directly from the moment of joining the treatment.
    3. It is forbidden to consume alcohol and smoke tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) in the clinic.
    4. Due to the SARS-COV-2 virus pandemic, the waiting room for third parties in the Human Body Cabinet is closed – until further notice.
    5. All sanitary and epidemiological precautions related to the SARS-COV-2 virus pandemic have been implemented in the Human Body Clinic.

Regulations of the visit

  1. The customer may arrange the date of the Treatment in advance in the following way:
    1. by phone,
    2. by visiting the clinic,
    3. through the webpage www.humanbodymasaz.pl,
    4. through app www.moment.pl/humanbodygabinetmasazu.
  2. The visit cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client undertakes to pay the full payment for the planned Treatment (if the reason for the late cancellation of the treatment is an emergency or illness – after paying for the missed session, the client may make an appointment for another appointment free of charge. ).
  3. Not participating in the treatment on the agreed date, cancellation or a multiple subsequent change of the date less than 24 hours before its commencement, entitles the clinic not to make further on-line reservations for this client or to charge 50% of the value of the treatment. The system will be blocked after the third violation of the above provision. The additional amount of compensation will be added to the cost of the massage with the first treatment.
  4. If the therapy is delayed for reasons attributable to the cabinet, the planned treatment for the client will be carried out on a full-time basis. If the Customer is late for an appointment, the Cabinet employee has the right to shorten the time of the visit, if this results in a delay in the treatments for subsequent customers.

During a visit

  1. The agreed time of the treatment is the time when it starts.
  2. The staff of the Human Body is obliged to respect the privacy and intimacy of the client.
  3. Before starting the treatment, the employee conducts an interview with the client to determine whether the client’s health condition, past or present diseases, as well as lifestyle do not constitute contraindications for the treatment or do not pose a risk of side effects.
  4. Before starting the treatment, customers are required to notify the employee of any ailments and contraindications that may affect the course of the Treatment, in particular: heart disease, use of a pacemaker, neoplastic diseases, inflammations in the acute phase, past jaundice and other infectious diseases, pregnancy or puerperium, existing prostheses or inserts – plates, attachments, screws, etc.
  5. If the customer feels discomfort or malaise during or after the treatment, the customer is obliged to immediately inform the person performing the massage or therapy.
  6. 6.      The staff of the Human Body has the right to refuse or interrupt the massage to the client who is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants, and also when the client’s behavior is inappropriate to the place (sexual suggestions, harassment, aggression, etc.). In such a case, the treatment will be interrupted. and will be charged as for the procedure performed.
  7. Clients of the Human Body Cabinet are responsible for any damage to the cabinet’s equipment, up to their full value. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for damages caused by minors.
  8. After the treatment, the customer is obliged to pay the treatment fee in cash, by card or by voucher.

VOUCHERS/VOUCHERS/PACKAGES

4.1. The purchase of Vouchers/Coupons/Packages involves the acceptance of the Regulations by the person receiving and receiving the voucher.

4.2. Vouchers/Coupons/Packages are non-refundable and non-refundable.

4.3. The voucher can be issued to any person (it does not have to be listed on the voucher) or exchanged, please remember about the staff of the Human Body Office.

4.4. Customer ready to redeem The electronic voucher is ready to be redeemed before the procedure is performed. An individual is obliged to leave the paper Voucher and leave it with the Human Body Office Staff.

4.5. Voucher redemption time:

Valid for 6 months from the date of possession – the voucher redemption date is indicated on the voucher.

After the expiry date of the Voucher/Voucher/Package – IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO USE IT!

4.6. The Human Body Office is not responsible for missing appointments before the Voucher is issued. How to book a visit point 2.1 of the Regulations.

4.7. The Human Body salon allows you to use the type of massage shown on the Voucher.

It is possible to extend the massage time after paying the difference in the price of the treatment.

4.8. The voucher can be purchased on the market or on its basis. The amount that has not been fully used from the bonus is not refundable.
